* In order to receive a JAPAN RAIL PASS, the name appearing on the claim ticket must match the name appearing in your passport.
* Orders for departures within one week cannot be processed.
* Even if you have multiple nationalities, please check “Yes” for [Has Japanese Nationality].
* Your Japan Rail Pass Voucher will be issued within one business day. The voucher must be exchanged within three months of its issue date. You cannot exchange a Japan Rail Pass Voucher more than three months after it was issued. (For example: When the Japan Rail Pass Voucher is issued on April 15, you will have to exchange it by July 14.)
